Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
The price you get is the price you pay. We do not up-charge. (We're pretty sure we are the exception to the rule.) We are also the only dryer vent cleaning company that switches out your old flex vent for FREE!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Wow you. Impress you. Keep you as a customer for life.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
All of our technicians are trained and have been in the service industry for many years. All of our office personnel, have experience with managing businesses, with a focus of excellent customer service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We saw the industry standard and knew we could do it better.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
The people kind...although one time a cat accidentally dialed us.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
A homeowner tried to install his dryer vent himself and put flex vent behind a wall (hint - that's a big no no.) He also crushed the vent to fit into an old, incorrectly sized adapter (also a no no.) We put on our cape and rescued him, his dryer, his dryer vent, and his goldfish...and his wife and kids.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Check reviews, check their website, call the office.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
1. When was the last time your dryer vent was cleaned? (hint - the answer should not be 'more than a year ago') 2. How many dryers do you need serviced? 3. Where does your dryer vent to? 4. Why do they write 'fat free' on bags of sugar?
