What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am priced extremely fair for the amount of work I will do……I take pride in the work and it's not just an in and out job. I want to make sure the cleaning is done the right way and the inspection is thorough and repairs are perfect so that I am leaving the customer with the peace of mind to know as far as their dryer goes; they have nothing to worry about.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I explain what I do step by step, even while on the job I let you know what I'm doing before I do it just to keep you informed throughout the whole job

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 15 years experience in this field and have seen just about everything.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I learned how to clean dryer vents when I was young from a duct cleaning professional.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types….generally people who are having issues drying their clothes or people who need an annual dryer vent cleaning.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am proud of all the jobs I do…..I make sure to take my time and make sure every step is being taken care of the right way.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do not base who you choose off of price, base who you work with off of what they will provide and the tools they use to do it.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Where is your dryer? Where is the outside vent located? About how high up is it (if applicable), about how long is the duct?
