What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer discounts for multiple services or add-ons purchased during a service call. The online estimate tool is approximate and usually on the high side as it does not take into account multi-service discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Very simple! Customers can call for a quote or go straight to our website and use the online booking tool. That tools allow you to see price estimates base don your inputs. Those prices dont include discounts so its always good to talk to us via phone, text or email. We can even come out and provide a free estimate onsite

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

20+ years of working in residential homes and commerical properties doing everything from moving, estimating, cleaning, installations. I also spent over 8 weeks recently in chemistry and fiber related classes that focus specifically on carpets and floors.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Well I love cleaning. It drives my kids nuts but I'm a clean freak! Everything has to be done perfect and organized. Being in a CEO role in corporate america for the past 20 years in the service industry has taught what it takes to make customers happy. That comes from a good attitude, excellent work ethic and always completing the job to the customers satisfaction. So I decided to leave the board room and being away from my family for weeks at a time and start my own local business doing something I enjoy. It allows me to not miss my children growing up and work directly with the community.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently cleaned a 6k sq ft house that was filled with pet stains, grease, dirt. 3 stories and I cleaned 4 bedrooms, a huge basement, 2 flights of stairs, 2 landings, an area rug and 2 walk in closets. When we walked around with the blacklight it was showing urine and organize stains all over. This job took almost 8 hours to complete given the amount of cleaning that had to be done. I used solutions to remove the odors, clean the stains and spot clean the stains that didn't remove thru normal cleaning. Started with a full house vacuum which normally takes 15-30 minutes but this one took an hour! Then I applied pre-spray with a focus on the pet stains. Once complete I agitated the carpet with a CRB machine. Spot cleaned some more difficult stains and finished with a hot water extraction. 20 minutes after I left I received a text form the customer that said WOW just WOW. Now they are setup on a schedule of every 6 months so it enver gets that dirty again!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't always go with the lowest price. A lot of our customers call us after a different carpet cleaner failed to deliver what they promised, thus costing almost double since they paid multiple companies. Are they insured? Is their equipment commercial grade? Are their chemicals eco-friendly? Do they guarantee your satisfaction? Do they care? Is their pricing transparent or do they try and upsell once onsite?
