Here at ProSteam carpet care we use state of the Art Truck Mount equipment, all of our cleanings include a mild detergent deodorizer and color Brightener. ProSteam Carpet Care and restoration also offers upholstery cleaning, air duct, dryer vent, tile and grout, hardwood floor, oriental rug cleaning and carpet stretching and repair. we also offer 24 hour water removal, reconstruction, mold remediation and Asbestos abatement. We are a family owned and operated company here in St. Charles we have been in business since 2002 we also have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and guarantee all of our work 100%

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Here at ProSteam Carpet Care we are very up front with all of our prices, we are family owned and operated and gurantee all of work. Carpet cleaning is 32.95 per room up to 200 Sq. Ft. per room or 5 rooms recieve a free hall for 159.75 we do have a 2 room minimum and a 15.00 service for water/waste disposal.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Here at ProSteam you will always get a live receptionist that will answer all of your questions that you may have.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As the owner of ProSteam carpet care i have over 25 years of carpet experience, we are IICRC certified and certified in water removal and flood and restoration.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as a receptionist when i was just 16 years old, from there i knew i wanted to own my own carpet cleaning company one day, So i set my goals and achieved them with lots of hard work and dedication, also some set backs along the way.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Here at ProSteam Carpet Care we have worked with every type of customers imaginable.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are proud that we clean all of the Army, Marines, National Guard and Air Force offices in the Greater St. Louis Area along with Branson and Springfield.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice would be support local family owned companies, I would make sure they use a Truck Mounted Steam Cleaning, check reviews, but remember not all bad reviews are true. Make sure they Guarantee all of the work performed and check the better business website.
