What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge per square footage of your home for a full cleaning. Not per vent like other companies. This ensures your full system is cleaned. No hidden surprises with pricing. We share pricing before we come out.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We discuss the customers concerns, needs and any issues in the home prior. Then, we share our process with them and answer any questions they may have. We like to be as informative as possible. =)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have multiple certifications from NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaning Association) and the CSIA (Chimney Safety Institute of America) We have our certificates listed on our website.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always been passionate about health, wellness, and indoor air quality falls in line with those.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types! Such a wide range.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently had a customer who was having tons of allergy issues. After our cleaning, they said they noticed a huge improvement and was not sneezing anymore!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure who you hire is insured and certified with NADCA. There is way too many companies out here who are not cleaning the right way. We have a very detailed section on our website labeled: "AvoidScams".

Reasons to get your air ducts cleaned and things to think of prior to discussing with a pro: We recommend having your air ducts cleaned every 3-5 years. These are some of the other reasons why you should have your ventilation system cleaned by a certified professional. *You recently completed construction inside your home. *New construction builds often have very dirty ducts. It is best to have air ducts cleaned right after construction is complete. *There is a new baby on the way. *You find yourself dusting more often than usual. *You have a pet or multiple pets in your home. *If you are planning to sell your home. *If you smoke inside your home, or if previous owners did. *If anyone in the home suffers from allergies. *If you just purchased your home and the previous owners didn't have the ducts cleaned.
