What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing goes by the heated sq ft of the home. We offer military, emergency service provider, and senior discounts as well as multi service discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We prefer to do a no obligation site visits to go over the home owners concerns and have a game plan to be sure everything is addressed to best of our ability.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are certified in mold remediation, radon mitigation, certified AeroSeal dealers and technicians, Massachusetts licensed contractor and member of multiple organizations

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We saw a need in improving the overall indoor air quality of reducing the risk of sick house syndrome, lung cancer and reducing allergy like symptoms. Allowing people to live comfortably in their home.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with long term home owners, new home owners, tenants and small business owners alike.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently help a homeowner improve the comfort of their home as well as reduce the energy costs of their home by sealing the ducts. When first tested there was 383 cubic feet of air loss (equivalent to 74 sq ft hole) that equals 229 refrigerators full of air per hour. When we finished there was a 97% reduction in duct leakage.
