What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Generally the pricing comes down the more areas there are to clean but we are flexible with pricing and will always give you a fair deal.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Give me a call and we can work out an estimate. Generally we then set a date and time and get to work!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I know all about the machinery having sold them and done many live demos etc. I have also received training from experienced persons who have retired from the carpet cleaning industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I used to be in the cleaning industry selling equipment and decided after relocating to get into the actual cleaning with my experience and youth on my side for now!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mainly residential clients but have worked in business offices too. Anyone who needs their carpets cleaned or their house cleaned or their hardwood floors cleaned/ refurbished I will work with!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

3 bedroom house on North Broadway, Lexington. It took me 2 hours to complete the work which included some moving of items around. There was a dog in the house and it was highly satisfying giving the carpets a thorough clean and good smell again.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Does the provider care about your carpets and give you a realistic idea of what to expect your carpets to look like when done? Also beware of getting a cheap quote over the phone only for the price to increase rapidly once the provider asses your carpets on site.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are your carpets very old? Are there bad stains? Do you have pets? Will there be furniture needing to be moved? When last did you have the carpets cleaned? When do you want the work done?
