We try to give a set price for our services. Most times we do need to look at the job. But the price we give we will stick to.

Explain explain explain. Give customers options and let them choose what they would like to do and how much they would like to pay no job is too small or too large for us

Everyday we learn or discover something new or better. Its an on going pursuit of excellence.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We got started cleaning carpet in the Treasure Valley through Property Maintenance. We were always amazed how much different in pricing there was in the cleaners we used. After doing research we felt we could bring a better service to the market at a much more affordable cost to the consumer.

We work with all types of customers from commercial and Industrial to residential and property management.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I'm always excited when I can clean someone's carpet that thought there was no way they could be saved.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Carpet cleaning is not rocket science. Truck mounted steam cleaning or hot water extraction. Is the only system that deep cleans and remove soil from your carpet. Chemical systems that claim to dry in an hour do not clean your carpet. You get what you pay for with carpet cleaning. But you can save money by hiring local companies with years of service and great reviews. We are that company.You should be able to clean your carpets for a couple hundred dollars not a couple of thousand. All American has a simple pricing plan. We charge by the room with add-ons determined based on the condition and needs of your carpet.
