What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

When a customer decides to have their air ducts cleaned, we offer them a complimentary cleaning of their dryer duct as a gift.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process starts with an inspection. For us, it’s important to know the duct and HVAC conditions so we can know what we’re dealing with. Also, we always like to ask why the customer wants to get the service. For example if they suddenly develop allergies, recently did a reconstruction inside the house.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

IICRC and NADCA courses.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started 3 years ago in Houston in Green Home Solutions. Our Manager Erick, taught us everything, he was our mentor in this Air Duct Cleaning world. Once we moved to Miami, we decided to open our company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve had the pleasure of working with all kinds of clients. We always like to ask if they have any specific requirements. Some clients are more cautious about their home, so we appreciate knowing any rules they have, such as using shoe covers. We strive to ensure that when we perform our work, they feel comfortable and at ease with our presence inside theirs homes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A couple of weeks ago we did an Air Duct Cleaning in house with 3 Ac Units and 38 vents. The house has tall ceilings, we used a scaffold. It took us 9 hours to complete the job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Is important that every time that a customer decides to do an Air Duct Cleaning, the HVAC should be cleaned too. That way we make sure that all the air contaminants are completely removed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Always ask if the AC unit is included in the service. And if they clean the vents one by one.
