What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge a diagnostic fee, however fee is waived if customer goes ahead with the repairs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First impressions are lasting so I try my best to show up on time for every job, I typically explain my process of how I will get the job done so there is clarity and transparency to ensure trust and a pleasant experience.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have received a career diploma certificate from the Penn foster career school as a HVACR technician, 608 and 608 technician certification from EPA and i am a licensed Florida HVAC contractor.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in 2016 from the ground as a helper I quickly moved up to installer then install manager within 8 months. I later moved on to become a technicion.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with various customes from all different areas and backgrounds. From Ponte Vedra to moncrieffe. It does not matter what type of customer I have my work is the same standard for all.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had to supervise the installation of 24 ductless mini split system. Being from Jamaica I grew up on mini split however here in Florida they are not as common so alot of technicians don't have a great deal of experience servicing or installing. I was elated to share my experience with my peers not because I am better than them but because we all learned something and the challenge was also a growing experience for me.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Take the time to check the provider profile and reviews so they can make an educated choice. Having 5 stars doesn't always mean it's the best...
