What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Never a fee for an estimate or second opinion. Discounts are available to first responders, veterans, educators, and members of our annual Total Comfort Maintenance agreement. Discounts for members include 10% off equipment on new installs/replacement systems, 10% off parts and labor.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Free site visit from a highly qualified technician to discuss your project and/or assess your service needs. We then work up an estimate and present that estimate to you digitally, walking you through each aspect of the work to be done answering any questions that you may have. All appointment confirmations are sent digitally to your cell phone via text or to an email if you prefer. You will receive an appointment reminder digitally the day before your appointment. On the day of the appointment you will receive a text or email with a picture of the technician who will be arriving at your location along with a brief bio and an link to an "uber like" app where you can track the technician's progress to your site.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our technicians are highly skilled and NATE certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We are a locally owned and operated franchise location of a national franchise network of approximately 40 locations. TemperaturePro is one of the largest HVAC service provides in the United States.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential and light commercial customers throughout Lee County, FL

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love to serve our customers. One recent project was in North Ft. Myers for a customer who had just moved to the area and who had his AC unit fail. We provided that customer with a portable AC unit so that they were comfortable in there home while we acquired and scheduled their new system to be installed. A day later we had installed a high efficiency system and exceeded our customer's expectations.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Most consumers in Southwest Florida have a pretty good working knowledge of air conditioning systems. Do your research, but be confident in your own information and experience. Look at Google reviews, reviews on Thumbtack, and ask yourself, what has my experience been with this company to date? How did my initial calls and interactions go? How knowledgeable was the technician?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is your budget? How long do you expect to be in your home? Are you willing and able to do the routine maintenance of your new system?
