What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is firm, we do not charge differently neighborhood to neighborhood, everyone we work with receives the same integrity and workmanship as our previous customers. We also offer senior and military discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After thoroughly inspecting each and every job, We walk every customer through everything that will be done on the property and give a brief overview of what to expect before we start so there are no surprises.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in this industry for 30+ years and it is always changing. Keeping up to date on the latest technology and processes are what keep us strongly moving ahead in this industry. This is why it is paramount for ongoing training and always striving to be the best at what we do.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve been in the HVAC industry for over 30 years and held almost every title associated with it, Lead installer, Service Tech, Sheetmetatal fabricator foreman up to managerial titles. I wanted to do something different and ended up going to a NADCA convention and realized this is the same thing I’ve learned my whole career but just on a different level. So I went through extensive training and invested in the latest equipment. I finally have something I’ve worked for and I’m proud of and hopefully one day I can hand down to my kids.

Commercial, Residential, General Contractors, and Business Owners.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are insured and have been established in business for a few years. Ask what the cleaning process entails to make sure you get the best service available to you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is the company insured? Does the company have ongoing training to keep up to date on local codes and industry regulations? What protocols does the company I choose have in place to make sure my home is taken care of during the process?
