Introduction

Did you know that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency found that indoor air can be anywhere from two to five times as polluted as outdoor air? With our state-of-the-art equipment, we can perform many services that your home requires. Some of the services that we offer include air duct cleaning, dryer vent and duct cleaning, installation of dryer ducts and vents, and retrofitting dryer vents with new, zero-air flow restriction, dryer roof jacks. Air Duct Cleaning: Our new, innovative equipment allows us to enter each air register/return without any damage to the ducts and without needing access to the attic. We clean your ducts using a 35-ft vacuum hose designed with a spinning brush. It removes all dirt, dust, and debris that then flow directly into the vacuum hose. Therefore, it cleans the top, bottom, and sides of the air duct. Want even more clean air in your home? Ask us about our UVC light and electrostatic filters that we offer. Dryer Vent Cleaning: We inspect the entire dryer vent system and can perform a dryer vent performance test to verify maximum energy efficency. We can install high performance roof or side wall terminations further improving efficiency and minimizing drying time! Once your system passes our standard we'll certify it with our 1 to 5 year no clog guarantee and we will clean it again for FREE if necessary. For more details about dryer vent cleaning, give us a call today. Dryer Roof Jack: We retrofit the existing dryer vent which is located most commonly on the roof. Most vent caps that are used for dryer vents are designed for hot water heaters and bathroom fan ventilation. There is only a narrow opening in the cap, which is not enough room for lint to escape. As a result, there is a huge accumulation of lint, which causes a clog in the vent cap. Without the proper air flow, your dryer will experience longer drying times. If you are experiencing these challenges, Duct Cleaning Pros can resolve these issues. For details about the dryer roof jack, refer to our pictures and videos.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer standard packages and offer FREE multi-point inspections to determine if additional services are recommended. We've been in business since 1991 and have a reputation for never suggesting unnecessary products or services. But we do offer a variety of valuable options. Some options can improve energy efficiency saving the homeowner money. Others can improve indoor air quality. We always try to provided the best "Package" to meet our customers needs and budget. Plus, bundling services can save the homeowner time and money. We even offer zero percent financing to qualified customers so they can spread the cost out over several months, taking advantage of bundled prices.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Most Air Duct and Dryer Vent cleaning jobs can be quoted right over the phone. But we also offer a FREE multi-point inspection and formal price quote. Optionally, we offer detailed visual inspections and we use infrared cameras, video, airflow and IR thermometers to provide information about each duct/vent, the HVAC equipment cabinet and components in a written report.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Air duct and dryer vent cleaning doesn't require any special licensing by law, but we provide training and use methods and equipment recommended by the National Air Duct Cleaning Association. We have HVAC trained technicians who also have EPA certification. Additionally, even our office staff takes online courses and are familiar with the cleaning processes.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We primarily work with residential homeowners and small commercial properties. We offer both retail and special wholesale prices for property managers, businesses and realtors.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Air duct and dryer vent cleaning is an equipment intensive service. All too often we are asked to clean the same vent just weeks or even days AFTER a "competitor" attempted to clean it, frankly, because they didn't have the right equipment and experience to do the job. Our quad power HVAC vacuum generates up to FIVE times more air flow than a typical commercial shop vac or blower used by many of our competitors. And our spinning brush technology is designed to dislodge and remove even the finest particles down to 0.3 microns and trap them in true HEPA filters for proper disposal.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Cleaning the ducts alone can be like changing the oil on your car, but not the filter. Homeowners should consider why they want their ducts and vents cleaned and which optional services should be performed as well. If your air handler is dirty, all that dust and dander is simply redistributed by the fan through your ducts. If mold, mildew and other allergens are of concern, consider installation of high efficiency Air Filters and a UVC Purifier to provide continuous reduction or elimination of indoor air pollutants. If you dryer vent needs frequent cleaning, consider installation of a DryerJack or high efficiency Sidewall Vent. Both come with our five year no clog guarantee!
