What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Collecting information about the project over the phone and then answering any questions the customer may have or any special concerns they want us to focus on.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in the industry for over 25 years. Our skilled technicians are all highly technically experienced and are background checked and meet the most stringent standards for quality, professionalism and honesty.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I saw there was a need to provide a good service for customers in need for this service and not enough qualified service providers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types. We mostly do residential homes for both air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. We also do commercial work as well. The average customer, has either just moved into a new home of are having the air ducts cleaned for the first time., in their existing home. We also have numerous repeat customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I remember an elderly woman who was conned into replacing her air ducts. She called me for an opinion of the work. After asking some questions and viewing pictures of the work, I went out into her home and saw that it was a subpar and very unprofessional job. In essence she was conned. I showed her how she could get her money refunded (which she did) and corrected the bad job that the other company had done. It was very rewarding that I was able to save this woman the couple thousand dollars she had been swindled out of, by an unscrupulous contractor.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that the provider is properly licensed. Air duct cleaning requires a C61 D64, which we have. We are also bonded and insured. License # 912884. Be wary of the $49 bandits or low price offers that look like a good deal but are very vague about what is included in their offer.

When getting quotes, ask if there are any additional costs associated with the price that is given to you.
