What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Air Duct Cleaning: The national average for air duct cleaning is between $450-1,200. Factors include number of hvac units, levels of home, age of home, Sq FT and accessibility. Dryer Vent Cleanings: National average is $125. I charge between $125-175. prices adjust based on if I need to get on a roof to clean it affectively. ALSO, dryer vent cleaning are Free when part of an air duct cleaning. Insulation Services: The National Average on Insualtion installment is $1.50-3.50 per sq ft. This includes labor and material. Prices adjust based on accessibility mainly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Geting to know the need of the customer is key. Second would be to develop a plan that meets that need and budget.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am trained and certified by NADCA. NDCA or (National Air Duct Cleaning Association.) It is the gold standard of air duct cleaners globally.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My son had terrible allergies and a doctor recommended having our air ducts cleaned. That turned out to be highly affective for my son and set me on course to learn the trade and start my own business. I also have a great deal of experience in the trades, and so I know that aid duct quality and Inuslation go hand in hand in the efficency of the home.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently repalced all the duct work for a clients home and put brand new insulation through out their enitre attic. This was because they had an efficency audit which came back very inefficient. That is why they called me.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You either want discount work or quality work. Cheap work usually isn't good, an good work usally isn't cheap. Im my trade, you get what you pay for.

Are they certified by NADCA? What is your process? Do you provide before and after pics? These need to be time stamped. How long have you been doing this?
