What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Every job is different depending on the severity of soil or damage. The basic price for steam is $10 per room for carpet for up to 200 sq ft of carpet, Ceramic tile has a basic cleaning price of 20 cents per sq ft. As for soiled areas of carpet or tile and grout the preconditioning price is 20 cents per sq ft. The best way to determine the exact quote is to see the job and inspect what is involved. WE give exact pricing upon showing up prior to cleaning.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I listen and listen to my new customers. Assumption is the source of many mistakes. I respect their needs no matter how small the work is. I give my new customers 10 % discount all the time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am certified specialist in carpet and tile cleaning plus pet odor removal as well as flood damage and restoration. I have over 23 years experience in this line of work and customer service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

started when i was younger as a tech in our family business. I learned that customers are for life and they deserve all respect and honesty.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers from different streams of life . I have serviced at least 20000 customers in the last 20 years.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I worked with a customer few weeks ago on 10 different projects at the same property . I cleaned and sealed tile, i cleaned all the carpet, furniture, drapes, tapestries, shower stalls, air ducts, garage floor clean and seal, upholstery in two vehicles and the tile on the back porch as well as outdoor furniture. The job took three days. 10 hours a day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I advice customers to hire providers who have done this kind of work for a long time, experience matters.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should ask about everything they can think of from how long have the professionals been in business to how long will the job take to what kind of payment they accept to what they have to do after the job is done.
