As a General Contractor I can do everything EXCEPT EXCEPT - Plumbing and Electrical, both of which require a different license specific to those particular trades. Those are subbed out. I can remodel your home from basic painting to adding walls. Cabinet and countertop installation, trim/base board/ crown molding including wainscoting. We can start the drywall patch, and while we are waiting for dry time we can install the baseboard or install the new faucet etc. and then get the next coat on the patch.
