First, we want to accommodate the client and meet them at a time that is most convenient for them. We schedule an appointment with our technician to diagnose the problem and offer a price and timely efficient solution at a time that suits our clients needs. Second, we do our best to be as precise as possible with our appointment time and work within 90 minute time slots.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Recently we replaced a compressor for a sub zero refrigerator. The process took 4 hours, that included diagnosing that the problem was a bad compressor, the approval for the repair by the owner, ordering the parts, soldering out the old parts, installing the new parts, checking the system in high pressure for leaks, refilling the system with the correct amount of gas and checking the system for correct performances. Overall, it was a a process that involved thinking, fixing and leaving the client happy with our work.
