What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our residential diagnostic fee is $69.50+tax, our techs will then quote you a flat rate price we charge by the job not by the hour.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our goal working with either a new customer or a current customer is to get thir information, such as name, address, phone number and began the listening process of what exactly the customer is looking for, so we can plan and schedule accordingly in a timely manner.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our tech's are factory trained in various brands, and education for them never stops!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Intially, the business began with installation of new equipment for builders, as we grew, we determined that eventually that "new" equipment as time went on would need to be serviced and/or repaired, and eventually replaced in due time. We added our service dept years later, in addition to plumbing and electrical services. We thank all our current customers for the last 50 years, we couldn't have done it without you!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with Residential and Commercial locations, along with property management, rental management, and realtors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Most recent jobs we are fond of would be all our customers! We can't pick just one because they are all great!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Experience speaks volumes!
