We have fair and competative pricing and use high quality products.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After scheduling for a quote, we typically come to the job site, talk about any issues there might be with project, go over your wants and needs and suggest the proper products to use for your home or business. If you accept our quote we then schedule a time for installation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I worked in the field for 8 years learning all the proper techniques and products before starting my own company. since then I have been in business for 10 years. I am constantly learning and staying up to date on the latest products.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After running a painting business for 13 yrs covid hit and was just to much on a seasonal business. I had good friends in the hvac industry and was able to have me trained by the biggest hvac company in the United States. I spent alot of time learning about ductwork/ airflow, diagnostics, repairs and Installation. The master electrician let me learn how to do electrical panel swaps and much more. I built lots of friendships and a great career. Now my good friend and business partner have opened Onestop Heating Cooling Electric LLC. We're are here to make new standards for the hvac world as we heat and cool one home at a time.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Most of the customers we usually work with are homeowners. we have also worked with some big construction contractors as well. We pride ourselves on our customer service.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had a huge home owned by the CEO of Bayliner that took 3 weeks from start to finish. There were some steep roofs that we had to troubleshoot but we were able to figure out the best an safest way to complete the project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The best advise we can give is to make sure whomever you choose uses its important to know correct calculations for homes to make sure your equipment last. property installation and repairs take experience and the right tools

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1. We always go with the mind set let's look at the big picture. what warranties does your equipment have and what condition. Does it make sense to repair or replace. In washington state you have alot of big companies that will say that it might be broken or damaged beyond repair. But with our approach we show facts form and photos and show the customer first hand. We build our relationships with trust and good service. Plus with our good prices we will be your onestop.
