What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are proud to offer flat rate, upfront pricing options. Instead of charging by the hour, we charge you one flat rate for the job itself. In addition, we are upfront with how much a service will cost. Before we begin any work on your behalf, we will provide you with an accurate price quote. We offer contactless authorization and payment for jobs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1 – Call the Evergreen appliance experts. Have the make and model ready to help us diagnose the problem. 2 – Choose a time. Repair visits are generally set within a three-hour window. You will get a reminder call the day before your appointment. 3 – Prep your home. Clear any clutter near the appliance. Make sure your kids and pets aren’t underfoot or near any potential danger. 4 – A fully trained technician will show up to conduct diagnostic tests for your unit. Techs are fully aware of your repair history. We are stocked with most of the commonly needed parts – some of which the tech may have pre-ordered just for you. If the problem calls for another part, it’ll be ordered on the spot. 5 – Share your experience. Evergreen is always looking to improve. After your repair…You’ll also get an email survey.

Check if you’re covered. Manufacturer’s warranties typically cover parts and labor for one year…if it’s due to defective materials or workmanship.

However, there will also be situations in which repairs become a short-term and costly solution. This is usually the point at which replacement makes sense. While repairs can extend the lifespan of your appliances by years; this is not always the case. We can be there to offer advice, maintenance, replacement work, or comprehensive repairs.
