1. Free Estimate We provide a no-obligation, free estimate after assessing your space and discussing your specific needs. 2. Pricing Factors The cost of installation varies based on several factors, including: Unit Size & Brand: Prices vary depending on the capacity and efficiency rating of the system. Number of Indoor or Outdoor Units: A single-zone system is more affordable than a multi-zone setup. How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
HVAC has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My dad has been in the industry since 2001, working for a large, well-known HVAC company. After years of watching him work, I officially joined the trade in 2018, starting as an apprentice. From there, I worked my way up: Installer – After a year, I became an installer, learning the technical side of system installations. Lead Installer – A couple of years later, I took the lead on projects, ensuring high-quality work. Service Technician – I transitioned into service, handling repairs and installations for about a year and a half. Comfort Adviser – I then shifted to helping customers choose the best heating and cooling solutions for their homes. General Manager – After a few years, I stepped into management, overseeing operations and ensuring top-tier service. Now, I’m proud to be building my own successful HVAC business, bringing years of hands-on experience, customer service, and leadership to every job. I’m committed to providing quality installations, expert service, and warranties that back up my work. Let’s Talk About Your HVAC Needs! Contact me for a free estimate today. Dmitriy

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, providing expert HVAC solutions for various needs. Homeowners – Helping families stay comfortable with ductless mini-splits, ducted heat pumps, gas furnaces, and air conditioners. I focus on energy-efficient solutions that fit their home and budget. Remodeling & Home Improvement Projects – Assisting homeowners and contractors with HVAC upgrades and new system installations to improve comfort and efficiency in renovated spaces. Real Estate Investors & Property Managers – Installing and servicing HVAC systems in rental properties to ensure reliable heating and cooling for tenants. Light Commercial Clients – Providing HVAC solutions for small businesses, offices, and retail spaces, ensuring comfort for employees and customers. No matter the project, I bring expertise, quality workmanship, and warranties that back up my work.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One of my favorite recent projects was working on a historic home that required a highly complex, 9-zone HVAC system. The challenge was to create ultimate comfort control throughout the home while ensuring the installation preserved its historic charm. Full-Day Planning & Design – Before installation, we spent an entire day carefully designing the system to ensure efficiency, seamless integration, and minimal impact on the home's historic character. Discreet Installation – We strategically placed indoor units and ran refrigerant lines in a way that kept them hidden, blending seamlessly into the historic architecture. Advanced Comfort – The homeowner now enjoys modern climate control with energy-efficient technology, all while maintaining the classic feel of their home. This project took about 2 weeks to complete due to the complexity and attention to detail required. It was a rewarding experience that showcased how modern HVAC solutions can be customized for even the most delicate properties.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Choosing the right HVAC contractor is crucial for ensuring a quality installation and long-term reliability. Here are a few key things to consider when hiring a provider: Check Experience & Credentials – Look for a contractor with proven experience in ductless mini-splits, ducted heat pumps, gas furnaces, and air conditioners. Certifications, training, and years in the field matter. Ask About Warranties – A reputable company should stand behind their work. We offer a 2-year labor warranty and a lifetime craftsmanship warranty to ensure peace of mind. Look for Transparency – Get a detailed, upfront estimate with no hidden fees. A trustworthy contractor will explain your options clearly and help you choose the best system for your needs. Read Reviews & Ask for References – A provider’s past work speaks volumes. Look at customer feedback and ask for references from previous jobs. Consider Customer Service – Your HVAC system is a long-term investment. Choose a provider who is responsive, communicative, and willing to support you beyond the installation.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Before reaching out to an HVAC contractor, thinking through the following questions can help ensure you get the best system for your home and needs: What are my comfort goals? Do I need heating, cooling, or both? Am I looking for zoned temperature control (e.g., different temps in different rooms)? Do I have hot or cold spots in my home that need special attention? What type of system do I want? Do I prefer a ductless mini-split for flexibility or a ducted heat pump for whole-home comfort? Am I looking to replace a gas furnace or add central air conditioning? What is my budget? What price range am I comfortable with? Do I want to explore financing options? Are there any space limitations or aesthetic concerns? Where will the indoor and outdoor units be installed? Do I want a system that blends seamlessly with my home’s design? How important is energy efficiency? Am I looking for a high-efficiency system to lower energy costs? Do I want to explore rebates or incentives for energy-efficient equipment? What warranty and service options are available? Does the contractor offer labor and craftsmanship warranties? (We provide a 2-year labor warranty and a lifetime craftsmanship warranty!) Let’s Discuss Your Project! Thinking through these questions can help make our conversation more productive. I’d be happy to provide a free estimate and guide you through the best options for your home!
