What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

New customers are provided information about our company and all our services we provide. Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing. We send our licensed technicians out to speak to you and diagnose your issue and provide pricing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

On The Way AC, Electrical and Plumbing technicians are licensed, insured and bonded. We have Generator certified technicians to serve you. Our technicians receive the updated training when it is offered to us so we can provide the excellent service to our customers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father started the company is 1976 with a local electrical company. After he retired, we started On the Way AC, Electrical and Plumbing with the same values he started his business with in 1976. Our family owned business is proud to service the Galveston and Brazoria County area.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of customers and we are here to make sure we are comparable and also affordable. Being a family owned local company, Our customers are always provided the best and treated as family to us. Quick service times, easy scheduling and we know your time is valuable and we will make the best effort to schedule around you !

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

When a customer has no heat or air. We make it a priority to take care of our customers. We had an elderly customer have the heater out and we know how important that is to someone so we installed it that same day for her. Power out? Our electricians are quick to respond! Plumbing issues? The plumbers are available to fix the problem. We treat our customers with care!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The best advice we give customers is to get 3 quotes from Licensed professionals and check credentials. Make sure those companies you hire have good reviews. Make sure they are Licensed. We highly recommend that and it also shows you a better feel of who you want to grow that bond with in servicing your home.

Am I hiring a reputable company who is licensed to do the work I am requesting? What do the reviews state? Are they local? How do they compare to the other estimates I have received? Am I looking at getting this repaired or wanting to replace it?
