Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Pricing is customized for every job. For discounts, give us a call to see what we are currently offering!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
It starts off with a warm welcome as we are always excited to meet a new customer! When you give us a call, our team will learn more about the problems you're facing with your unit, talk about the soonest available date we have to send a technician to your home, answer any questions you may have, and confirm a date/time for your appointment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We are proud tradespeople that took in the education and training to become licensed HVAC professionals here in central Texas. Aside from internal training, our team members have accumulated years of experience in the field garnering the expertise necessary to troubleshoot any HVAC issues that arise in someone's home.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Everyone has a different journey! If you get a chance, you can ask the team member you're working with their story!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Homeowners, business owners, and property owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Every call is a mission to serve our community and keep their living environments comfortable all year round.  It's a pleasure to be able to serve central Texas homes with ProCure Heating & Air's HVAC service offerings.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Be prepared that most home service providers will not offer a price over the phone. The technician needs to have eyes on the unit in order to give the customer accurate solutions with different price points to work with. This is similar to when you have an issue with your car where a mechanic won't know how to price you until they see the car in person.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Think about the best case and worst case scenario as to what it will take to fix your system. Think about your budget and be honest with your technician when they arrive about your spending capacity. That way when they are diagnosing the issue, they can try their best to think through solutions that fit your budgetary expectations.
