What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you hire a licensed professional, and pay attention to reviews. There is always someone willing to do it "cheaper", but that doesn't know they know how to do it RIGHT. HVAC systems of today are quite complex and you need a real professional to get the proper performance out of your home.
