What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

For estimates on equipment replacement it's free. for estimates on repairs, the cost is $125 that fee can be applied to total invoice cost if repairs are performed by us.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we arrive no work will be performed without a thorough explanation and being given the ok to proceed with work needed for the repairs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

we are licensed insured and bonded. We also have 45yrs of combined experience between our 2 employees

I read a book called you're natural talents by John David bradley and this job aligned with my personality type

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

After Designing a system for a customer that they were unforsure if it would work or not, they allowed us to do the job. We installed it and waited a whole week before we collected any money Because there was a 100% money back guarantee. Customer was skeptical about a design. We came up with but allowed us to do the job once that job was installed. We didn't collect any money from the customeruntil after a week. N thoroughly.after
