Because we strive to deliver best fair pricing to customers. In order to keep cost down we don't have fancy sales high pressure staff or in house financing. We provide excellent craftsmanship to be proud of comparable to big names without the big name overhead..

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I study the home and ask questions to see what the customers preferences and needs are. How much they want to better the air quality or just get a cooling unit replaced are things I consider when offering options.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Studied Air Conditioning and Electrical in HVAC at North Lake Community College Trane, Carrier and York OEM classes

These are more time consuming but the air quality delivered is of the highest priority for these consumers so special attention is put to air filtration and bacterial control. Commercial property managers, owners, and business owners have demands that include long term solutions and overall ROI. WE give options.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

a pro. A professional might have insight on how to install or how to repair a machine but few can determine humidity issues, air balancing, and air quality for health. Few are trained on staging and commissioning high end systems. In summary you can buy the best Cadillac system made BUT if your installater does not take the time to train on the innovations of today than you are really not performing a level of comfort as the unit was intended to offer you.

making a final decision on repair versus upgrade.. Do you have any areas that don't cool or heat as good as you would want? Do you have additional requirements such as expanding house in the near future.
