We specialize in all major appliances, both gas and electric, in the kitchen. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

There is no charge for us to come out and do a detail measure for any appliance installation! We will also give you a detailed quote for any modifications or additions.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Making contact with customer to set a convenient time for us to come out and do a detail measure or to schedule their appointment for install. We call the evening prior for scheduling confirmation. We give a 2 hour window for arrival. When we have completed the job to the customers satisfaction, we clean up as if we were never there, leaving a smile on the customers face!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been in the home building industry for over 16 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Wanted to get away from home building and hone my skills on this particular service!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Everyone from single young adults, to the elderly that are in need of a professional who has the knowledge and understanding of these particular services!
