We charge a small diagnostic fee, but it is waived with any authorized repair. We quote all repairs upfront using a flat rate price so you will know the cost before we begin any work and it won't change from the original price quoted. We offer first responder, military, and senior discounts.

A typical service or maintenance call takes roughly 2 hours. We thoroughly diagnose all components of your ac and heating system including both indoor and outdoor so that we can give you a detailed report including pictures of the overall condition of your system.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Not all contractors are the same. Check out the company that you are inviting into your home. Some companies don't require background or drug screening for the technicians. Others offer very little training per year. When you reach out for service, does the person that answers the phone seem like they really want your business, or are you just another caller keeping them from playing on their phone.

What experience do they have with the specific project you are working on? What recent training have they had that certifies them to do the work? Do they have a contractors license? Are their technicians registered with the state? Do their technicians have an EPA certification? Are their technicians NATE certified? How much insurance coverage does the company carry in the event that your property is damaged due to negligence?
