What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I’m upfront about pricing. I charge a fixed rate per hour on most jobs and some jobs I have a fixed price. I agree to a price with the client before I arrive and stick to it. No up-charges or hidden fees.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I respond quickly whether I have time in my schedule to do the work or not. Once I commit to a job their is full transparency. I show up on time and get to work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Northern California Carpenters school, Pleasanton, California. Apprenticeship program for San Francisco Local #22 Carpenter’s union. H.V.A.C. Certification program completion at Austin Community College. C.A.M.T. (Certified Apartment Maintenance technician) certification.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have worked in the construction field for the last 20 years with the last 12 been dedicated to home and business maintenance.
