My pricing is fair. I don't try to sell you things that you don't need just to drive your price up.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to inform the customer of what is wrong, why it happened, and what, if anything, they can do to avoid the same problem in the future.

I have been in the AC business for about 8 years.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A lot of techs in this industry are paid by commission. They will literally try to sell you things that you don't need just to make a buck. Find a pro that will treat you right and before spending a lot of money, get a second opinion.
