Straight forward pricing, what I tell you it’s going to cost is what you will pay when job is complete, regardless of how long it takes.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Schedule appointment & inform if service fee, 30min heads up when on the way by text/phone, perform system evaluation every time, present options and go over pricing, perform repair same day if possible

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Graduated from Duncanville High School, ATI Trade school graduate. 20yrs experience in the HVAC trade, thousands of hours of training, Experience with, Trane, Lennox, Carrier, Goodman, DAIKIN, Communicating systems, Heat pumps, package units, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, fresh air systems, residential wine units, zoning

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got laid off my job and had my new born daughter, married and living with my parents. Decided to go to a trades school and learn HVAC, got me a job working days and going to school nights. Landed a job as a helper and in 1yr I was running as a lead man, then service technician, sales and I was service manager for a well known company for the past 7yrs…. I am proud to say that 16yrs of my 20yrs have been with the same company and owner until he decided to sell.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers and homes from 1 system homes to 15 system homes.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask for all your options possible, Full system replacements are not always necessary.
