Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing is per task, not per hour. Bulk pricing is available for some services, like flooring. My pricing is fair, transparent, and allows you to have quality work with a 1 year workmanship coverage.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
My process is simple and transparent. You will fill out a contact form, we get in touch, and we plan your work or help you make decisions on repairs and updates.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have been working in the trades for over 10 years, in a variety of fields. For my weldingservices, I was previously working in custom engineering and metal fabrication.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I missed working for people, like you and I. My skillset is varied and continually growing, and this led me to pursue this work more. People in the community deserve honest and quality work, not another headache!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
A wide variety of great people! Real estate agents, property managers, and everyday people just like you and I. Every client gets the same top-quality, fair pricing, and open communication!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Be open with your ideas, thoughts, and options. You will get what you pay for, so try to understand the task from a 5, 10, and 20 year time frame. Every repair should last as long as possible, and sometimes that will cost more than the cheapest rate, but, it will last for decades!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
1. What's my reasonable/practical budget? 2. What type of quality is acceptable or preferred? 3. How urgent is the task? Then, try to find where you stand in those three key questions.
