At Metropolitan HVAC LLC we pride ourselves in providing our clients with solutions for their budgets. We do not sell, We guide and teach so the client is best informed on how to handle there systems and has a basic understanding of what we do and why we do it. We specialize in repair and maintenance, system design and swap outs, custom duct work and fabrication. No job is to big or to small, rather a problem that we can solve together.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do not charge a dispatch fee. We will charge a diagnostic fee of 80$ for .5 hours for systems that are non operational

Working with them to best guide them in a decision they will be happy with. We will turn down work with unrealistic expectations. Ex: high seer systems in non insulated or poorly constructed homes,

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Mechanical engineering degree, EPA universal license, 15 years in Home Improvement within NY and PA.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Compact HVAC started me in 2012, I was a maritime mechanic before Compact taught me the industry and certifications. I then grew to run the daily operations within NYC.

You are hiring someone you know has the ability to complete the task professionally not based on price but results.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Understanding what there expectations and budgets are. Systems have gone up in true cost and not every system is right for your home or duct work. This may cause headaches down the line and costly repairs.0
