What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

At the beginning, we learn the details about the new project, after which we make a rough estimate of the cost. After that, we come to the customer and give an accurate estimate of the cost and take measurements. After we order the equipment and set the day of installation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Alex started out as a helper who hammered nails and took out the trash in the beginning. Working 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, he has learned a lot over the years to be a professional HVAC technician.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with residential customers. Now we work for Toll Brothers at Northbank

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love all our projects. Each one is unique and interesting in its own way. If this is a replacement of the old Furnace and AC with a new one, then basically the work lasts one day.
