Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We feel like our prices are reasonable and fair and there are discounts there are some fees that may apply, but we are not at all trying to break the bank.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I want our customers to feel very comfortable with me being in there house first off. I am a very trustworthy person that believes in family and building trust.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I work day time for a company that has sent me and other employees to numerous classes and functions to ensure when we are out on a job wearing there name that we know what we are doing and I've been with this company 4+yrs. I am CFESA certified in gas and electrical, I have a HVAC Journeyman's license, I am EPA certified, as far as Appliance Repair I have been do repairs for a local Rent-A-Center before starting my own company. I am a Commercial Refrigeration Tech. with the company I work for during the day and I also repair hot side equipment.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I worked for Rent-A-Center delivering furniture and going to school to get my electrical license. When I quit to go work for the company I work for now, I was asked if I think I could repair a dryer for them cause they had lost their service team. I repaired that and along with other equipment and been doing it with them for over a 1yr now.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I work in the Commercial Restaurant Repair business during the day, so I have worked with a lot of different customers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would like to do the work but there is plenty of work for all of us, so I would advise them to make sure they are being treated fair and to make sure that businessman or woman is being honest with them.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
The more info your able to give the tech, the more accurate his diagnosis going to be. If there is a noise you hear, water coming from a certain location, just give as much info as you possibly can.
