What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer the affordable cost of the diagnostics which is only $70 for almost all appliances except for the AC units which is $110. The diagnostics fee will be included in the cost of the labor. We provide the advantageous warranty conditions - 6 months for the part.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The whole process is - we schedule an appointment, come for the diagnostics, determine the issue, provide the cost of the repair and fix the issue.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our technicians receive the knowledges of our best European specialists. Also our technicians can receive the technicial support when they are on site.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The company was founded 13 years ago in Europe. There was a high demand of the appliance repair professionals. Later it was taken the decision to start the business in the USA also.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have an extensive experience with home appliances - refrigerators, dishwashers, dryers, washers, ranges, ovens, stoves.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Every company has to include the ads, gas, tolls, taxes and salary in the cost of the diagnostics and repair. That is why, unfortunately, the diagnostics cannot be free.

Please allow the time for the diagnostics and also make the space around the appliance ready for the opportunity to make the repair.
