What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer residential and commercial maintenance plans. These plans include discounted service call pricing, 24 hour response time, and a 10% discount on repairs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Introduce myself as well as tell them a little bit about myself and our business. Ask questions concerning their issue. Explain the problem so anyone can understand. Lastly, get to know the customer; their hobbies, interests, and family.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 9 years of experience in the field. I have EPA certification, Journeyman's licenses, as well as many manufacturers' certifications.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In 2015, I was hired by a restaurant equipment repair company, and I didn’t know a single thing. They allowed training from experienced technicians, and also send me to a few educational courses. I eventually made my way to the heating and cooling equipment. I continued to study at home and take as many educational classes as possible. I also have been truly blessed by the knowledge of former companies I’ve worked for.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds of customers, whether its residential or commercial, no job is too big or too small.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I absolutely love wiring low voltage on new projects like residential zoning or communicating systems. Usually takes a few hours to complete.
