What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

It is flat rate and we don’t do surprise fees. We get your approval prior to offering additional services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Simple. We focus on you and your family’s needs and then comb through your system. Quote any repairs needed to get it running, then recommend services to bring it back to new. No pushy sales. We are service techs; not “sales” techs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our techs carry a universal EPAs and I personally went to school through the military and completed my HVAC/R journeyman.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I left working on fighter aircraft in the Air Force and transfered to HVAC in the military. I’ve been passionate about the trade ever since!

What types of customers have you worked with?

A wide mix of amazing personalities from all different backgrounds. We love growing new relationships with all of our customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Replaced a customers unit in under 5 hours. Even though it was raining, we didn’t reschedule. We got them taken care of no matter what.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Choose smaller companies. Less advertising and overhead = more savings for the customer.

What are your short term and long term goals with your system? HVAC can be your biggest project. We can setup a consultation to walk you through some options and help you find a solution that fits your budget.
