I have a $85 service fee and if hired it is waived. Then it is a hourly rate of $85. I have a $65 cancellation fee.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

You ask them their name and what is the problem they’re having. Also where they are located and what is the best time to make appointment so I can resolve their issue.

I’ve worked for appliance repair company for four years. I’ve took classes and courses online to further my education in appliance repair. Was trained by seasoned appliance tech technician.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I recently worked on a customer dryer. It it was overheating, and hot to the touch. I took it apart and found it had a faulty sensor. I replaced it. It took two hours.

They should think about if they have a warranty or not. If the appliance is worth putting the time in and money to get it fixed. And what is their budget?
