What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We’re a small company and our price always will be more economical than the big company and we always give the same warranty as the other companies for example , went we install a complete ac, coil and furnace, or a heat pump system we always give the 10 years warranty in parts and 4 years labor.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Always introduce yourself and give the costumer to get his opinions.

We always have a safety meeting and steps to make sure jobs get completed.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Start working on disconnect powers first and start disconnect ductwork, electrical etc, .

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently installed a new Trane 2,5 ton AC , Coil and 80% furnace , reconnect ductwork, electrical and do a properly start up , it took 5 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure costumes get the right size equipment,

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

For me the import question is the airflow because went you replace a system ., something the ductwork is too small it may work fine with the old system but this new system are more efficiency, and need the right airflow, for example before may have on the 3 ton system may have a 14” return for air flow but this new system we have to a 16” returns otherwise, the airflow will be restricted and system will not work properly efficiency…
