What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Collect all of the necessary information, name, service address, email address and appliance model information. Explain the issues you are having. Schedule the service appointment for diagnostic

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 14 years in the appliance repair field. I have attended multiply training courses with large manufacture brands like Samsung, lg, Scotsman, Miele, Frigidaire, whirlpool, and more.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started out repairing arcade games and machines when I was 16 years old. I have been a field technician my entire working career. Appliance repair clung to me 14 years ago and I have been learning and growing ever sense. In the appliance repair industry you never stop growing or learning as a technician.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential and commercial

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I rebuilt a ringer washer from 1967. fully restored it, it took me roughly 6 months, it's truly a work of art.
