What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First I ask what the problem is,then I find a fast solution that fits best for my client.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Took Hvac trades courses, have over 5 Years hands on experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working in the Hvac industry through family, right there and then I clicked! I knew this is what I want to do for the rest of my life.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All type, Mostly homeowners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I got a request tonight, to check out a furnace that wasn't heating. I sent the customer a flat rate price for the labor to repair the furnace. As soon as the Price was accepted, I got in touch with him right away to set up a good time to take care of the problem. I also asked the customer to send me the model number of the furnace if possible, just so I can check my inventory, to verify that I do have the parts I might need. Next I notified the client that I will be there in 30 minutes. 15 minutes later after my magic work the furnace was up and running. My client is happy. I'm also happy I don't have to make any trips to pick up parts.

Make sure The contractor you are hiring has good reviews.
