My name is Robert I provide quality professional service, which I take pride in. I have been involved in home improvement for over 15 years. In recent years I’ve installed appliances as a contractor for G.E. Direct, Home Depot, Costco, Way-fair and JCPenney to name a few. I ONLY PROVIDE INSTALL SERVICES and maintenance for appliances (no repair of appliances)!!!! I also mount t.v’s and do light plumbing and electrical work. If I don’t feel comfortable with the job or if it’s outside of my scope of work, I will recommend someone for you.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Willing to work with customers with or without parts. Customers with parts and a straight forward installation will get better pricing. Modification of your space will cost a little more. MODIFICATIONS ARE ONLY DONE in instances where they can be undone/reversed. (I WILL NOT preform wood work modifications where material is to be cut away or sanded.)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Establish a connection by being completely transparent, be up front and honest with my clients and if possible virtually assess the job site.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve worked as a contractor for a property preservation company, cable tv provider and a appliance delivery service who served various internal customers. In total I have 15 years experience with 10 years being a field worker with established companies.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve always been a pretty handy guy. I started helping my Dad with projects around our house and for others. From there I took builders trade classes seeking employment as a contractor for various companies.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential, commercial vendors and other contractors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a customer who’s job site was disqualified per G.E. Standards due to a improper shut-off valve for the dishwasher and incorrect setup for a microwave. I recommended someone to correct the issues and I completed the work just in time for the holidays.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If I needed work done I would seek someone with at least 2 years of experience and some firm contact information about such person.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is the job site safe for someone to work there? Are there any additional liabilities issues surrounding the job? Is the environment comfortable enough for a worker and as free as possible from distractions? Could the customer take pictures and give a Thorough description.
