I am a small company that wants to compete with the best prices.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to introduce my self. listen to what the customer wants. Ill then share my professional opinion.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in the construction business for nearly 18 years. I have my Construction supervisor License, Home Improvement license, My Sheet metal License, EPA License, And OSHA Certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started out doing HVAC. My dad owned a business for 45 years that I took over. He also built houses, Condos and did remodels that I helped out with. I Eventually got my CSL License and Home Improvement and open up another business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with all types of customers from Commercial and Residential. I built 8 Condos from the Ground up. I have built custom Homes for customers. I have put in small sudivisions. I have built Beautiful Additions and finished Basements for customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

As of right now in 2022 I am working on a two lot subdivision and will build beautiful 3,000-4,000 SQ ft homes. Already Sold.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Only Advice I tell everyone make sure the Company is License and Insured.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If you want to add on to the house or build your dream home just come to me with plans and we will make it happen.. but if you want to get started and don't know how to start ill lead you in the right direction to getting you to what you are looking for..
