Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My client should know that my pricing is beyond fair I give my clients parts at basically cost. I also charge a fair price on my labor considering the prices the larger companies are charging. I always give my installs/services a 110% effort in making sure everything is to their liking before I leave their house.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
My typical process for working with a new customer is I set up a date to come out and take a look at the house while speaking on locations of the units. This would ofcourse be for installations now for service I will come out and take a look at the equipment and figure out why is it not working properly. I will go through the options with my clients due to different budgets and needs, I always try to accomadate to everyone needs as everyone of my client is valuable.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I will just say my most recent job which was a single zone Mini Split. The unit was a Rovsun and was able to get it up and running within 3 hours. My client was so pleased that they are going to follow up with another installation in another room of their house.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
The advise I would give a client looking to hire a provider is to look for someone that takes pride in their work, most of the time the cheap turns out to be expensive due to inproper installation/service. This is why I decide to charge a very reasonable and fair amount to install and service any unit. I will often negotiate the prices of the equipment and the plans of the work to better suit my clients needs/budget.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
The questions new clients should be ready to answer is the brand of the unit also the events happening before the unit is unable to work properly. This is ofcourse for the service side of the trade now for install I will typically ask if the unit is being provided and then when will they be able to schedule a estimate for me to come out.
