Pricing can be negotiable. However, my time, experience, quality of work, friendly positive attitude and customer service are valuable. I do not strive to be the cheapest. I strive to be the best.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Communication is key. I try to get all the necessary details up front. No two projects are exactly alike in my experience. I like to be prepared when I show up. So, I often ask for pictures and links to purchased items and do my best to clarify your needs. Once the needs are clarified...we agree to a scheduled time and date and verify your address. I can also provide my phone number at that time.

I have a wide array of skills and experience. I’ve always been a “do it yourselfer” and I like to do things right. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I install holiday lights. Usually it takes one day. Around 10-12 hours of labor. We can donido it faster for less money, but in this case we can compromise safety or quality. I believe nobody wants it.

Most projects are never as simple as they appear. Pictures, pictures, pictures. Pictures easily show the nature of the project and makes it easier to asses all that is required. There are usually many things that you might not be aware of that go into a project...a special tool type, or materials required that aren't always considered by a non professional.
