Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I charge a 69 dollar service charge which is much lower compared to other technicians. If you go through with the repair that service charge is cut in half.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
My process is simple and smooth. I always introduce myself and then ask what the problem is with their appliance. Based off my availability, I tell customers what day and time I’m available to come. An hour before I arrive, I give the customer a heads up that I’ll be there shortly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
My family has been in this line of work for over 10 years with me learning and applying my skills for the past 3 years. I have also attended a program and received my certification in appliance diagnostics and repair.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My family has had appliance businesses for over 10 years so I’ve been surrounded by it my whole life.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve worked with a variety of customers and am welcome to anyone needing a repair done.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Customers should be able to ask themselves what is going on with the appliance and explain that to help technicians like myself identify the problem more efficiently.
