What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer a maintenance membership that discounts parts and labor by 20%! Even without a membership our prices are on the lower end of todays AC pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It depends on the customer. No two customers are exactly the same so we like to listen to what the customer wants and fix the system accordingly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We offer our technicians schools to attend, daily workshops and in house training as well.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In 1968 our founders kids needed to eat and wear clothes, he decided he better find something to do and this was it. :) To this day we love our jobs and our customers that we call friends.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with single family homes all the way up to large warehouses with 30 commercial AC units.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My favorite project lately was a summer job with a sweet 90 year old lady. She was sure she needed a new AC unit and it was just a capacitor. She was so happy! We love to give customers good news.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are many good ac companies out there. Just make sure the company has a license, good reviews from recent jobs and the ability to get to you in a timely manner.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The only real question to as is am I hiring the right contractor to do my work. If you are not comfortable knowing with the first call then I would get 3 opinions and pick the company I felt most comfortable with.
