What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We Offer 15% discounts to Veterans and maintenance agreement members. we majority of our pricing is flat rate and there is no diagnostic fee or emergency afterhours fees.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our primary goal is to always fix the A/C system and get it back up and running. We believe in educating our customers on the best practices that will help them get the maximum life span out of there air-conditioning system while explaining any recommendations that should be done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Lincoln Technical Collage HVAC Training EPA certified Dealer Training: Trane, Carrier, and Lennox

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started out in the U.S. Navy as shipboard engineer, working on the Air handlers on the ship. After the military I saw the need for quality HVAC work to be conducted.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To ask them what practices are other professionals adopting to ensure that you A/C unit will have the best chance at a longer lifespan.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The customer should educate them self on proper procedures of installation so that they can be assured the professional is doing the job the right way. knowledge is mostly free.
